We're Rob & Kayleigh, a couple of flavour-obsessed vegans living in New Brighton on The Wirral, and we're on a mission to make your breakfasts (because we all know that's the best meal of the day... any time of day) quick, easy, and delicious!
After years of travelling the world and working on cruise ships, we know firsthand how hard it is to find consistently great vegan food.
So when we finally settled back on land, and Kayleigh moved to the UK from the Pacific Northwest, I (Rob) took it upon myself to discover the perfect blend of spices that tasted like it came straight out of a restaurant kitchen, but took minutes to make at home.
It took years of tweaking.
Loads of test batches.
More tofu scramble than any two people should reasonably eat.
But eventually, we got there, a flavour blend so good we couldn't keep it to ourselves.
That's Scramble Dust. You add tofu and a splash of oat milk.
That's it. No faff, no weird ingredients, no chef skills required.
