How do I use it?

Do I need to use a specific type of tofu?
Firm tofu works best, it holds together and crisps up nicely. Other types work too, see our blog for a full breakdown of tofu styles.

Keep sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, use immediately or reseal and use within a week.

Is Scramble Dust gluten-free?
No wheat, barley, rye, or oats are used in the recipe. Made without gluten-containing ingredients, however Scramble Dust is made in a kitchen that handles ingredients with gluten so small traces may be present.
Is Scramble Dust nut-free?
Yes, no nuts or nut products are used.
Is Scramble Dust soy-free?
Yes, no soy is used in the blend itself (though it's designed to be used with tofu, which is soy-based).
Does Scramble Dust taste like eggs?
Not exactly, it's not designed to imitate eggs. It's its own savoury, punchy flavour rather than a plant-based egg substitute.
Is Scramble Dust spicy?
Mild warmth from a small amount of chipotle, not a spicy product.
Usage
Can I use Scramble Dust with something other than tofu?

How many servings are in one pack?
Each pack you order contains 3 individual sachets. Each sachet makes one breakfast for two, so that's 3 breakfasts total per pack.
Can I make tofu scramble ahead of time?
Yes. Once cooked, cool it quickly (within about 90 minutes) and store in the fridge for up to 2 days. When you're ready to eat it, reheat until piping hot all the way through, and only reheat once.
